The hat was perfect for a full grown Frenchie
Fits great! It is a warm and snuggly hat. The ears actually fit into the ear pockets and help to keep the ears warm. They were great and they stay on.
9 year old Roxy has bald ears! They stay chilly all winter long. Hoods won't stay up and buffs are too squeezy on her throat. This hat is magnificent! It is thick fleece, the ear pockets are hollow, so her ears tuck right up inside them, there is a bungee under her chin to adjust the tightness around her face, and extra fabric around the neck lets this hat meet her sweatshirt with no chilly gap. It's perfect!
The hat looks cute and does keep out some wind and cold. Only issue is when my little guy shakes his head it slips toward over his face even with the elastic chord in use. That can’t be too tight or it would hurt his little face I’m sure. We live where it gets super cold so I really needed something that covered his ears and not just have them poke out through the hat. Overall he does appreciate it.
