Easy Returns – 30-Day Return Window
If you're not completely satisfied with your order, you may return unused items within 30 days of delivery. To initiate a return, please contact us at Contact@frenchie.shop with your order details and reason for return. We’ll guide you through the process.
Returned items must be in original condition, unused, and in their original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is incorrect or faulty.
Refund Eligibility
You are eligible for a refund if:
- Your item arrives damaged or incorrect.
- You return the item in unused condition within 14 days of delivery.
- Your item is not delivered within the guaranteed delivery time (60 days, excluding 2–5 days for processing).
Refunds will not be issued if:
- You provided an incorrect shipping address.
- Delivery was unsuccessful due to exceptional circumstances (e.g. customs delays, natural disasters).
- The return is requested after the 14-day return period (unless it qualifies under the delivery guarantee).
Refund Processing Time
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 30 days and automatically applied to your original payment method. Please note, it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to reflect the transaction.
Lost or Undelivered Packages
We are not responsible for orders lost due to incorrect address information provided during checkout. However, if your order has not arrived within the guaranteed timeframe (60 days), please contact us for a refund or replacement.
Exchanges
If you ordered the wrong size or would like an exchange, please contact us first at Contact@frenchie.shop. Do not send your item back without prior confirmation. We’ll provide you with the correct return address and next steps.
Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled or modified within 12 hours of purchase. After this period, if the order has been processed or shipped, it will need to be returned upon delivery in order to receive a refund (excluding shipping costs).
