I actually like this product about 100 times more than I thought I would. I have tried numerous ways to get my pug/pekignese to eat out of a bowl and to no avail. Until I got this! I received this about 3 days ago and successfully got my dog to ACTUALLY eat out of it EACH MEAL TIME! It is the perfect height for him. I have tried other tilted bowls that would just slide around or tip and this well crafted bowl does neither. We are in the process of possibly adopting another dog, and if we do, I will definitely be ordering a second one of these.

I am very impressed by this item! It is a ceramic bowl so very easy to clean! It didn't come with instructions on how to set it up but I looked back at the pictures on the listing and it shows that the non-slip mat goes at the bottom of course, then the white tray sits on top, then you put the brown stand with the heart inside the white tray, and then the non-slip pug-face mat on top, and finally the bowl sits on top of all of that. My dog is a chitzu and it was perfect for him! He started eating out of it right away. Usually in the morning his bowl ends up under a table somewhere because he was trying to eat the last piece of food. However, after eating from this bowl, in the morning it was actually in the same spot! I'm so happy with the purchase and if you are a small dog owner you will be too! Excellent product!

So, I searched everywhere for the right bowl. I wanted it tilted, raised, and ceramic. This is great. It may be a little small for them as they get older but no big deal because I ca always add an extra scoop as they empty the bowl. The only issue is that for the simplicity of it the price seems a little high but overall, They are great and my puppies used them right away without hesitation, which was good since they typically won't eat out of a bowl. The other plus is that I have noticed less bloating and gas with these bowls. I would recommend.

My frenchie is 14wks old and absolutely loves this bowl! He wasn’t eating much unless I helped him and didn’t realize the bowl he had was a big issue. After researching online bowls that would be best for frenchies this kept coming up. I am definitely happy for making the choice to buy it. I’m impressed with the functionality and quality. It's more than just the ceramic bowl, I love how it is raised so that our little girl (who is going to be 14yr old) does not have to bow her head down to eat. She doesn't have a flat nose, however, the bowl is perfect for her to scoop up her food without it spilling onto the floor. She took to it instantly. A must have!

This is exactly what I needed for my 2 French bulldogs. So many elevated bowls are either too tall or too short. This one is perfect!!! It would be ideal for dogs that are around the same size/height as a frenchie, and the two height options make it more versatile. I would not recommend this for “over-zealous” eaters, as it is not terribly sturdy, but it is plenty sturdy and secure for my Frenchies. This bowl doesn’t help prevent messes; rather, it enables a small / medium sized dog to eat at a more comfortable height and angle, reducing indigestion. Flat-faced dogs especially benefit from this type of setup. Another part that I’m not crazy about is the ceramic bowl. I would prefer to use a stainless steel bowl and might look for an alternative bowl to use in this holder. Overall, I am thrilled with my purchase. I only ordered one to test it out, but now I am ordering a second one for my other dog.
