Hi! My husband and I just got our frenchie puppy last week! She’s an 11 week old today. Though we’ve only had her for 1 week, I feel like we are not getting anywhere with our potty training.

We both work and the puppy is left home alone for different periods of time. We have her confined in a puppy pen attatched to her crate. In this space she always has water, toys, and her puppy pads. For the most part, whenever she’s in her pen, she goes on her pad.

However, when we are at home, she is around the apartment with us. She had another pad relatively close to the pad in her pen, but doesn’t even try to access it and just goes everywhere. We can’t take her on walks yet cause she doesn’t have all her vaccines yet. Even though we have a small patio, she has never gone potty there. The type of floor we have doesn’t seem to appeal her.

HELP! Cleaning pee up is driving us crazy .
